Brief Description:

This project involves reconstructing 66 multifamily affordable rental housing units lost during the 2023 Maui Wildfires, returning essential affordable housing capacity to the community. Of these units, 34 will be reserved for households earning at or below 80% of AMI, representing approximately 52% of all units.

Milestones:

March 2026: Project conditionally awarded CDBG-DR funds
July 2026: Project in final design stages before submission for permits
