Brief Description:

This project involves reconstructing 35 senior affordable housing units that were destroyed during the 2023 Maui Wildfires, restoring dedicated housing for older residents. Of these units, 34 will be reserved for households earning at or below 80% of AMI, representing approximately 97% of total units.

Milestones:

March 2026: Project conditionally awarded CDBG-DR funds
June 2026: Environmental Review initiated
